According to Romans 10:9 - 10 if you confess with your mouth, the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
 
"Lord Jesus, I confess that I am a sinner in need of your salvation. Please forgive all my sins. I cannot save myself, only you can. I believe you died for my sins and rose from the dead on the third day. I confess today that Jesus Christ is my lord. Jesus, I will live for you all the days of my life."
