New Life Victory Church (NLVC) Pastor Scott Anderson (PSA) Wednesday 6/12/19 Why do people leave the church? 1)Some people will be sent out by the Holy Spirit Acts 13:(1-4) 2)Some people will be drawn away leaving on their own. Acts 20:(28-30) 3)Some people will abandon their christian life. The bible says these people will go shipwreck. 1 Timothy 1:(18-20) 4)Some people are in opposition to themselves. When some people stop changing (investing in themselves by reading, growing, understanding,etc..), they are in opposition to God. They cannot get along with anyone. 2 Timothy 2:(22-26) 5)Some people that are tempted by sin will be drawn away and sin leads to death. James 1:(14-15) 6)In the last days some people will depart from the faith giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons. 1 Timothy 4:(1-3) 7) Some people will be caught up in strife and offense. 2 Timothy 2:(23)
