Our Pastor is a Gift from God
Pastor Scott Anderson
Jesus gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors, and some teachers. This means that God has given biblical gifts to his people. Ephesians 4:(7-11) God has given the five fold ministry for the equipping of his saints (us). Ephesians 4:12 Our highest percentage of contacts with the five fold ministry is with our Pastor. We need to appreciate that our pastor is a gift from God to us. Pastors are suppose to give themselves continually to prayer and to the ministry of the word. The church is suppose to perform the work necessary to allow the ministry. Because of this, the word of God spreads as it was and will be multiplied greatly. Acts 6:1-4, Acts 6:7
