Romans 12:1-2 -You must renew your mind. 2 Corinthians 10:3-6 -Our first responsibility is to cast down all thoughts that opposes God. -"You've already predetermined in your mind what the preacher had to say." -Dr. Barclay -You can't predetermine your thoughts and be closed off. Romans 8:6-7 -The carnal mind is an enemy to God. -You can think your way out of blessings, it's our job not to overthink God.
